2. Trial period
14-day trial on request. A paid subscription is required afterward.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and uploaded data. Unlawful use is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
Workspans software and brand belong to Workspans Inc. Customer data remains yours.
5. AI suggestions
AI output is informational. Commercial decisions remain your responsibility.
6. Governing law
Laws of British Columbia and Canada. Courts in Vancouver.
